As members of the public are becoming increasingly interested, this is a question which The Water Quality Association of the Bohus Coast, frequently has to answer.

To be able to answer this seemingly simpel question, you have to understand the processess in the marine environment, as well as the effects of pollution and other factors which might affect the status of the sea.

In order to answer the different questions about "how the sea is", a non-profit association was formed in 1990: The Water Quality Association of the Bohus Coast. The aim of the Association is to monitor, evaluate and disseminate information about the status of the sea.
